The Cityline project is a transit-oriented development located one block west of the Columbia City Sound Transit Light Rail Station. The property includes 2 tax parcels consisting of over 6 acres of land. Phase 1 includes 250 apartment units on 4 acres. Phase 2 includes 2 acres north of the current development. Phase 1 was developed in partnership with the Wolff Company. Urban Evolution provided deal negotiation, acquisition, due diligence, feasibility studies, design team management, and entitlement services and community outreach for the project.
